According to reports, the emergence of energy problems and the continuous development of science and technology in recent years have brought new challenges to energy conservation work. For a long time, China's energy-saving data, especially the energy-efficiency information of energy-using products and equipment, lack of collection channels, less energy efficiency data, and low data accuracy, can not meet the needs of standard development. Due to insufficient long-term investment, advanced and applicable energy-saving technologies are difficult to achieve marketization and commercialization due to lack of standard support. There is no systematic, normative, and coordinated holistic standard system research, which makes the standard project and development lack the guidance of scientific planning, and cannot fully meet the needs of energy conservation work. At this stage, there are still many problems such as insufficient research capacity of energy efficiency labeling system, weak technical research, insufficient product coverage, and lack of authority. This topic is to improve the energy efficiency of energy-using products, promote energy-saving technologies, save energy and reduce consumption, and support sustainable development of independent innovation as the main line, to improve product energy efficiency, independent intellectual property content, product competitiveness as the core, develop energy efficiency standards research methods and Model construction, energy-saving standard system research, energy-saving standard development, energy efficiency labeling common method and technology research.
It is understood that this research is the first time that China has applied a new research and development model. The research work on energy-saving standard marking of energy-using products and equipment runs through the whole process of product design, research and development, production and use, and will build a relatively comprehensive, systematic and accurate energy efficiency.
